# Support

TrueKnow checks a photo or video and returns an honest confidence score, including when we are not sure. Results are advisory estimates, not legal or forensic proof.

## Contact

Email lee@trueknowapp.com. Include the Analysis ID from the result screen when you have one (for example TK-20260819-A3K9P).

## iPhone Share button

After you install TrueKnow:

- Open Photos (or Messages), open a photo or video, tap Share.
- Swipe the app icons and tap Edit or More.
- Turn TrueKnow on (and optionally Favorites). Links and photos have separate Favorites lists.
- Share again and choose TrueKnow. Stay on the sheet until the check finishes, then tap Done or Close.

iPhone does not enable new Share apps automatically. The in-app walkthrough shows the same steps.

## Check from the website

Go to https://trueknowapp.com, choose a file, or paste a link. Same detection pipeline as the iPhone app.

## Delete a result

On the result screen, open What this result can and cannot tell you, then Request deletion. Or email the Analysis ID to lee@trueknowapp.com.
